RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At vive rápido, we take pride in delivering high-quality products. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.


DAMAGED ITEMS ONLY

We only accept refunds or replacements for items that are damaged during delivery.

We do not accept returns or give refunds for:

  • Wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect fit

  • Colour differences due to screen displays

  • Customer error in selecting items


REPORTING DAMAGE

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To request a refund or replacement, email us at viverapido31@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos clearly showing the damage

  • A photo of the packaging if damaged

  • A brief description of the issue

Failure to provide this information may result in the claim being denied.


ASSESSMENT PROCESS

Once your claim is received, we will review the information within 2–5 business days.

If approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement item (if available), or

  • A full refund to your original payment method

We reserve the right to decline claims that appear false, incomplete, or not related to shipping damage.


RETURN OF DAMAGED ITEMS

In some cases, we may request the damaged item be returned before processing your refund or replacement.

If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover return shipping costs.

Do not return any item unless we approve your claim first.


SALE ITEMS

All sale items are subject to the same damaged-only policy and are otherwise final.


AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is:

  • Faulty

  • Damaged

  • Not as described

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
